The KnowledgeBase (KB) is a platform for easily creating, editing, sharing, and managing online knowledge articles. The KnowledgeBase empowers users to find answers to their questions. The KnowledgeBase contains a wide variety of searchable information, including technical documents, directions, policies, and procedures.

At UWM the KnowledgeBase contains two publicly viewable sub-sites:

  1. The UWM Help Desk KB contains information about common questions and requests received by the UWM Help Desk.
  2. The UWM Center for Excellence in Teaching & Learning KB intended to help UWM instructors find information about technology for their teaching.
