Help Desk

Service Description

The Help Desk is the intake point for all your IT support needs. The Help Desk service provides technology support over the phone, via email and in person. Help Desk staff make a best effort to answers questions, resolve technical problems, and fulfill service requests either by developing solutions internally or escalating to technical specialists.

When you contact the Help Desk, you will receive a confirmation email with an Incident Number or Service Request Number. Respond to this email to contact the Help Desk about your issue, or refer to this Incident/Service Request Number to help IT staff find your incident.
