Microsoft 365 includes a cloud-based email and calendaring service, hosted by Microsoft. Outlook on the web lets you access your UWM email, calendar, address book, and tasks on any computer through a web browser. You can also use the Outlook desktop email client or a mobile device to access your Microsoft 365 email and calendar.

Service AccessCredentials Needed
This service uses multi-factor authentication to verify the identity of users. The user must have an active ePantherID and password to log in to this service.
Access Granted
Access is granted automatically only to those with an active ePantherID account.
Access Discontinuation
Access to this service is removed when an individual is no longer employed by UWM or no longer a current student at UWM.
This service is available 24/7 except during scheduled maintenance periods and unscheduled outages. For information about timeframes when service is unavailable, visit uwm.edu/helpdesk.
Scheduled Maintenance Window
UWM Microsoft admins can view the status of services and find out when maintenance is scheduled. Service health information is available at any time by signing in.
Scheduled or Unplanned Outages

To use Outlook on the web, the web-based email client for Microsoft 365, open a web browser and go to UWM Outlook Sign In. Authenticate with your ePantherID and password.
To install the Outlook desktop client on your personal desktop or laptop computer, see Microsoft 365 Portal for links to the installer files. The Outlook client is automatically installed on all UWM managed computers.
