Lana is the Retention Program Manager for the Student Success Center and works closely with first-year students in the Panther Academic Scholarship Program. Lana was the first in her family to attend college. She earned her Bachelor of Science from UW-Parkside and Master of Arts in Student Affairs Administration in Higher Education from Ball State University. She has experience in Housing and Residence Life, New Student Orientation, and Admissions. When Lana is not in the office, she plays with her dogs, listens to music, and spends a lot of time outdoors.
