New to cycle or looking for a new “spin”? Try a 30-minute demo cycle class in our exclusive Glow environment. Grab a water bottle and wear your whites and brights and you’ll be guaranteed a fun and effective workout! Three 30-minute class will be offered at 6:00pm, 6:40pm and 7:10pm. Arrive 10 minutes early if you are new to cycle.
