Dr. Derrick Williams (Communication professor at Cuyahoga Community College, Cleveland Ohio) explores what music and poetry can tell us about the conditions of Black masculinities. From Stevie Wonder to James Baldwin to the Wu-Tang Clan, this workshop will analyze how Black masculinities can be examined and understood through the written word.
