Come take a nap break in the fireside lounge and learn how you can get better sleep! We’ll have milk and cookies, soothing music,and a comfy place to crash. Activities will include: meditation, decorate your own sleep mask, test your knowledge on sleep hygiene, make your own essential oil roller bottle and design your own bedtime routine!
