Drop in to learn about bedtime practices that can help you get plenty of quality sleep to maximize cognitive functioning and stress management as you prepare for finals. Learn quick steps to improve your sleep environment, decorate a take-home sleep mask, make your own essential oil roller ball, practice easy meditation and breathing exercises and design your personal bedtime routine.
