Laida Lertxundi’s (Spain, LA) films are a delicate combination and celebration of landscape, feminist perspectives, literature, music, objects, and portraiture. These 16mm explorations are both lush and quizzical as they question and challenge our domestic, political and physical selves. The work in this program ranges from 2010-2020 and includes Autoficción, and Cry When it Happens / Llora Cuando Te Pase. This program is part of the 20th Milwaukee Underground Film Festival Nov 11-14
