Look in the mirror…what do you see? Everyone sees something different and no one else can understand what it is like to live in your skin, but we are here to listen. We encourage you to join Sociocultural for the Body image courageous conversation. During this conversation we will do the reflection activity and you get to keep your mirror to remind yourself that you are perfect inside and out.
