Call & Response is a curated conversation of works examining themes of Black lives & Black Reality Now and 25-years earlier.
Tonight’s program features a selection of videos that explore family memory, identity, trauma, and triumph. Each film considers the poetics of exchange and the intimacies of blackness. Using found footage, sound collage, conversation, and family archive to challenge audiences to consider the relationship between race and technology. -Devon Smith
