Earnest is the Violence Prevention Coordinator for the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee’s Health Promotion and Wellness program for The Norris Health Center. Earnest can be contacted to facilitate prevention programs for bystander intervention, healthy relationships and gender awareness. Prevention groups for building personal power like communication skills, self-care and self- awareness are also great options for the campus community to contact Earnest to coordinate.

Earnest is a proud product of Milwaukee who attended Milwaukee Public Schools before graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with his Bachelor’s degree in Sociology. Earnest has extensive experience in the field of prevention including trauma-informed care, crisis de-escalation, program development and facilitation. Earnest is most excited to return “home” to the UW-Milwaukee campus and share is community experiences.
