DESCRIPTION:NEW RELEASE! \nSet in the mountainous borderlands between the warring nations of Azerbaijan and Armenia\, this story follows Rena Effendi\, a photographer in pursuit of a critically endangered butterfly named in honor of her father\, an enigmatic Soviet entomologist who died when Rena was just fourteen. Rena retraces her father’s butterfly-hunting routes through a now-devastated landscape\, deep into a remote Caucasus exclave isolated by decades of conflict\, where the mysterious butterfly is known to appear once a year\, high over the heavily militarized border.
