How We Do It
The Student Affairs organization is created to align divisional and departmental efforts in support of the divisional vision, values, and priorities in an integrated, cross-functional way. There are six areas within the Student Affairs organization as follows:
Student Health and Wellbeing
Health and wellbeing are multifaceted; as a Division we strive to emphasize a campus culture that engages a holistic health model that leverages physical, mental, spiritual, occupational, social, intellectual and emotional wellbeing. At the core of this work the Division is intentional to seek ways to reduce health inequities and improve access to high-quality health and wellbeing resources that are respectful of and responsive to the needs of diverse students. The Dean of Students helps students manage personal crises, emergencies, and unusual situations by discussing options and connecting students to resources.
