Statewide Evaluation of Educator Effectiveness

SREed conducts the statewide evaluation for the Wisconsin Educator Effectiveness System. Our evaluation explores the local implementation and impacts of educator evaluation and development practices across Wisconsin. Through this work, we isolate district and school strategies and conditions that promote the implementation and use of these processes to develop educators. Our work is used by DPI and school districts to inform modifications to the processes they use to evaluate and develop their educators. For more information about the evaluation of Educator Effectiveness please contact ee_evaluation@uwm.edu.

A key data element for our evaluation is the annual Wisconsin Educator Development Support and Retention (WEDSR) Survey. To learn more about this survey click here. To analyze historical WEDSR data click here.
