Taiwan-U.S. Business Forum in the Midwest

This forum on “Energy Infrastructure in the Face of Climate Change” will address solutions to energy production, distribution, use and storage. Policy makers, industry professionals and academic researchers will discuss energy infrastructure in the face of climate change, and the role of higher education in addressing workforce needs and advancing innovation.

UWM Chancellor Mark Mone, Taipei Economic and Cultural Office Director General Johnson Chiang and Metropolitan Milwaukee Association of Commerce (MMAC) President Tim Sheehy will participate in the forum, as well as leaders of numerous Taiwanese companies based in the Midwest.

The forum is sponsored by the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Chicago and UWM, in partnership with the Taiwanese American Chamber of Commerce of Greater Chicago and MMAC.
