Join us on Thursday, October 20, for an evening with Winona LaDuke. This event is generously sponsored by Philip Blank and the Beatrice Martin Kershner Social Justice Fund.

Presented by the Helen Bader School of Social Welfare and the Electa Quinney Institute.

Doors open at 5:00 p.m. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. Although we cannot guarantee seating, we ask that you RSVP for planning purposes.

Program

5:00 – 5:30 p.m. – Doors open, catering

5:30 – 5:35 p.m. – Dean Freiburger welcome

5:35 – 5:45 p.m. – Chancellor Mone remarks

5:45 – 6:00 p.m. – EQI remarks, drum ceremony

6:00 p.m. – Winona LaDuke Speech

7:00-8:00 p.m. – Book signing with Boswell Book Company

ADA directions:
Enter the building from the south doors near the parking lot of the Helene Zelazo Center. There is an ADA ramp down to the building doors. Once in the building head down the hall to the elevator which will be on your right. Take the elevator to the 2nd floor. Exit the elevator an turn right into the main lobby.
