The Older Adult LGBTQ+ Community

You are invited to attend an event that explores and celebrates what it means to be an older adult in the LGBTQ+ community. Hear from a panel of older adults about their experiences, including accessing health care and what the community can do to address inequities.

This event is a collaboration between the Helen Bader Office of Applied Gerontology, House of History, Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design, Student Gerontology Association at UWM, and UWM LGBTQ+ Resource Center. There will also be time for networking and learning more about the groups sponsoring the event.
