- Our semester has been picking up speed and our program keeps us really busy. Join us to engage in self-care activities, burnout prevention, and self supportive strategies.
- We’ll have snacks, relaxing music, and free supplies for self care.
- We will have aromatherapy, paints and canvases, coloring books, journals and journaling prompts, meditation, and more!
