COVID-19 Survey

You are asked to take part in a survey of your experience of the COVID-19 pandemic. The survey study will help researchers and administrators better understand stressors faced during this current crisis. The study will also explore coping strategies used during this time. Additionally, questions will ask about stress experienced and coping used before the pandemic. A final set of questions will explore current well-being, future career visions, and recommendations.

Some of the questions are sensitive in nature. Please know that: a) participation in the survey is completely voluntary; b) you can skip any questions you do not want to answer; c) you will not be asked to identify yourself in the survey; and d) no attempt will be made to identify survey respondents. The ultimate purpose of the study is to inform personal practices, professional outlooks, and workplace policies that represent effective responses to the challenges faced during these extraordinary times.

If you have any questions, please contact James “Dimitri” Topitzes ( or 414-229-3004).
