At #UWMSocial, we kicked off 2018 with quite a month. January was filled with accomplishments, discoveries, and of course, lots of winter fun! With a month this good, we can’t wait to see what’s in store for the rest of the year.
Last month, we discovered footage of the talented actor Willem Dafoe during his time studying theater and acting at UWM in his youth. This video received 57,979 impressions, 21,211 views, 90 shares and 656 reactions.
Willem Dafoe spent most of his nights on a couch at the UWM theater. He's crafted a successful career starring in more than 100 films, and he's a strong contender to win his first The Academy Award for his most recent work in "The Florida Project." Nominations will be announced January 23. Good luck Willem, from your Panther family!
