Payroll Administration

The Shared Service Center provides an array of Payroll services to UWM employees including assistance and training on Time & Leave Reporting. The SSC also provides specialized help to supervisors and managers on Time Approvals, Payroll Reporting, and general questions.

Services Provided:

  • Time and Leave Reporting

    Ensure timesheets and leave reports are appropriately entered in HRS and approved by supervisors.

  • TL Security

    Create and maintain TL Security records for Shared Services population.

  • Payroll Error Reporting

    In collaboration with HR Business Partners, Shared Services Payroll staff review payroll edits, payroll error messages and missing payroll reports; make necessary corrections to payroll data.

  • One-Time Payments

    Standardize data entry for all one-time payments to employees in HRS.

  • Additional Pay

    Coordinate overload and lump sum payment approval process with HR Operations staff for Shared Services population.
