\nWe\u2019ll explore what gives you energy across four key areas: work, play, love, and health. Then, instead of just thinking about your future, you\u2019ll actively prototype it. You\u2019ll leave with real steps you can try right away.

Together, we\u2019ll explore who shows up for you and how to strengthen those relationships over time.
