  1. Call to Order- The meeting was called to order at 9:02 a.m.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Approval of the minutes from the August 27, 2026 meeting-the minutes were approved as submitted via auto consent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Provost Update<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Chairs Update-The chairs had no update at this time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Business
    Proposal:\u00a0 Fully online Bachelor of Science in Elementary and Middle School Education (K-9 Online)-follow up-The proposal follow up revised the proposal to better define the areas that the committee had questions about at the last meeting.\u00a0 The budget gave a better picture of how the budget would be needed\/used.\u00a0 The information about students\/audience for this program was better defined as well.\u00a0 The committee felt the proposal was stronger.\u00a0 The committee will summarize their review and recommendations and forward to the department to use at future governance meetings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Other or New business-D. Clark informed the committee that proposed changes to the program monitoring policy will be coming for the next meeting.\u00a0 It will be put on the agenda for review at the next meeting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
