E. Striving for Program Quality (in Spanish)

An important request from licensing or directly from the director/owner of family or group child care centers is how to get paperwork organized and systems in place to track information. Learn the tips and strategies for staying on top of important information, being able to find that information quickly and for utilizing other systems that will keep you organized. Don’t let the next visit from your licensor be stressful because you are behind on your paperwork.

Anna Ramirez

Anna Ramirez has worked in the early childhood field for over 30 years. She began her career as a family child care provider. Once her four children were in school full time she chose to stay in the field and went on to work as a CACFP representative, moved into a position as a Head Start supervisor which has led to her current position at Supporting Families Together Association as the prelicensing manager for the state of Wisconsin. In this position her primary responsibility is to manage the family and group child care licensing preparation process in Wisconsin under the guidance of the department of children and families. She has a passion for working with adults who are preparing to care for children. Anna facilitates training in both English and Spanish.
