A. Relax and Reflect to Reframe and Focus

This workshop gives participants an opportunity to experience yoga nidra, a conscious relaxation practice, intended to calm the nervous system and act as an antidote for the hectic pace of modern life. Following relaxation, participants will reflect on their experience and explore what emerges from a potentially different vantage point. The opportunities for relaxation, self-reflection and connection within the group are designed to promote resilience, self-awareness and ultimately more harmony in body-mind, all of which facilitates our work as leaders. This workshop is experiential, and the practices are introductory, open to all.
