Portuguese is a Romance language that is spoken by more than 260 million people around the world. It’s the most widely spoken language in South America. Brazilian and European Portuguese are both covered at UWM’s School of Continuing Education.

Our Portuguese program provides a comprehensive curriculum designed to rapidly develop your speaking, listening, reading and writing skills. Encompassing a wide range of levels, our Portuguese course offerings include Portuguese I-V, Intermediate Portuguese I-IV and Advanced Portuguese.
