Witamy (welcome) to the fascinating Polish language.

Whether you are of Polish heritage you’d like to explore, or have business opportunities or dreams to travel the world, learning Polish will help you. At UWM’s School of Continuing Education, you’ll find two levels of courses plus a specialized class for travelers. Learn the fundamentals of the language, including pronunciation, common phrases, grammar and sentence structure.

More than 55 million people speak Polish, including those in Poland, Slovakia, Ukraine, Israel, Brazil, the United States. It’s also the second commonly spoken Slavic language after Russian.
