Vincent Micha

An architect and TKWA Partner, Vince Micha has played a central role in many of the firm’s most significant design projects, including serving as project manager for the national AIA COTE Top Ten Green Project Award winner – the First Unitarian Society Meeting House Addition (originally designed by Frank Lloyd Wright) in Madison, Wisconsin. In 2016, Vince was project manager for The Charmant Hotel in La Crosse, Wisconsin – a $30 million adaptive re-use of a former candy factory warehouse into an upscale boutique hotel. (The Charmant subsequently received the Wisconsin Historical Society Preservation Award, the state’s highest honor for historic work.) Vince is one of TKWA’s most experienced Project Architects, with specific expertise in managing complex, multi-discipline projects in the areas of adaptive re-use, rehabilitation, and application of historic tax credits, as well as with religious institutions, hospitality, retail, and multi-family housing.
