Victor & Dawn Barnett

Victor Barnett founded Running Rebels Community Organization when he was 19 years old. Together, Victor and his wife Dawn Barnett have guided the organization’s growth to serve more than 3,000 youth yearly through its EPIC mission of: Engaging the community, youth, and their families; Preventing involvement in gangs, drugs, violence, and the juvenile justice system; Intervening and guiding youth by assisting them with making positive choices; and Coaching youth through their transition into adulthood.
