Vicki Holschuh

As a senior leader for Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Wisconsin Inc., Vicki Holschuh has direct oversight of Goodwill’s retail – donated goods business. She joined Goodwill 18 years ago, as the director of stores and currently holds the position of senior vice president and chief retail officer of Retail Services Inc.

In her tenure with Goodwill, Vicki has helped grow the business from nine stores to the current 62. Vicki comes from an extensive retail background working for companies such as Kohl’s department store, JH Collectibles and Boston Store.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in general business from the University of Wisconsin Whitewater; an MBA from Cardinal Stritch University; a post-MBA certification from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a certificate in Women’s Senior Leadership, also from Kellogg School of Management.
