Sharon has been with Ernst & Young for over 20 years and has served as a director in the Milwaukee office for the past 10 years. In this role, she has worked with many Midwest area Fortune 250 clients, assisting with their finance, IT, risk, transaction, tax and other business needs.
In January 2016, Sharon became the technology, media & entertainment and telecommunications market segment business development leader for the EY central region. In this role she is responsible for market strategy development, leadership, growth and execution. In addition she acts as a strategic advisor and coach to account teams while driving pursuit and account client service excellence as well as client relationship development.
Prior to this role, for over 14 years, Sharon was the global relationship director for a Fortune 75 HQ Milwaukee client working closely with the EY team with respect to relationship development and management, sales and execution, delivery and quality assurance for all EY services delivered globally. Prior to joining EY, Sharon spent seven years with Dun & Bradstreet in sales and sales management roles.
She is a member of Milwaukee Women Inc. Steering Committee and serves on the TEMPO Women’s Affinity Alliance Steering Committee. Sharon is also on the Advisory Committee for the UWM Women Leaders Conference. Sharon is the executive sponsor for the EY Milwaukee ethnicity group, serves on the EY National Business Development Women’s Network Board and acts as an advisor to the EY Milwaukee Professional Women’s Executive Network.
Sharon is a graduate of UW-Milwaukee with a BBA in finance and marketing.
