Ryan Mleziva ran his first 10K race at the age of 8 and has been an avid runner ever since. He holds a bachelor’s in Kinesiology and Certificate in Strength and Conditioning from UW-Milwaukee where he was also a Scholar Athlete and All-League Honoree in both cross country and track. Ryan also holds a master’s in Kinesiology/Sports Management from East Tennessee State University. Ryan is general manager at InStep Physical Therapy & Running Center, where he specializes in running gait analysis, strength training for runners and injury prevention. Ryan also leads group runs and coaches athletes of all ability levels, from first-time 5K runners to avid marathoners, on their training plans and nutrition.
Ryan understands that everyone has individual goals when it comes to their health and wellness, and he enjoys the challenge to come up with personalized plans to meet the needs of each person.
