Rhonda Noordyk

Rhonda Noordyk understands what it is like to be a female in a male-dominated industry. With over a decade in the financial industry, she speaks passionately about how to communicate assertively and establish clear boundaries. She shares her experience to help empower other women to also find their voice. After leaving the financial industry in 2014 to open The Women’s Financial Wellness Center, she finds herself leaning on the skills and tools she mastered while in the financial industry. In 2015, she negotiated her first commercial real estate deal, and she now owns a 4,000 square foot office in Pewaukee. In fact, her male colleagues (finally) see her as being a savvy, woman business owner.
In addition to owning a business, Rhonda is a professional speaker. Her experience includes companies such as: GE Healthcare, Think Global and Marquette Law School. In addition, she has appeared on Fox6 News, Real Milwaukee, and Morning Blend. Her dynamic and inspiration style leaves women with a sense of empowerment and can-do attitude.
To bring her experience full circle, she also teaches a public speaking course at Waukesha County Technical College. Rhonda has a bachelor’s degree in Communications from Carroll University, Waukesha, Wisconsin. She resides in Oconomowoc with her husband, Tim, and their three daughters.
