Peter Brunzelle

Peter is the executive director of WisHope, IRIS Health Clinics and he serves on the Waukesha County heroin task force board. He is an impassioned community member working to build stronger communities, bringing recovery advocacy and recovery supports throughout Wisconsin.

Peter imparts his passion through his presentation style and knowledge, engaging his peers and community members in self-growth and development. He also serves as president of the nonprofit Wisconsin Association of Sober Housing (WASH), setting statewide standards and quality assurance in recovery housing and affiliates for the state of Wisconsin.

He created the nonprofit program Project WisHope, providing behavioral health resources, community action planning, community education, peer-to-peer recovery coaching training, vetted safe environment employment for those with mental health and substance use disorder.
