Patricia Fagen Greco, PhD

Pat Greco is a champion of improvement focused on building system and team capacity for evidence-based leadership. Pat retired as superintendent for the School District of Menomonee Falls committing 37 years to public education. Pat lives principled, organizational excellence. She is proud of her role in reaching all-time high levels of performance with full-team commitment to the improvement journey. The Carnegie Foundation at Stanford University selected Menomonee Falls as a national Spotlight Organization focused on the tools and processes for improving student performance, quality service and sustaining a culture of excellence.

Pat received her doctorate from the University of Wisconsin in 1995. She is recognized as an instructional leader and advocate for student learning at the state and national level. Pat is a superintendent’s mentor with AASA, serves on the Baldrige Board of Overseers and on the Quality Advisory Team for Cincinnati Children’s Hospital.
