Michael McBride, MS, MD, Local Recovery Coordinator Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center Milwaukee, Commander US Navy Reserves, is a staff psychiatrist with a focus on helping new Veterans transition from the military to the civilian world. As Local Recovery Coordinator he provides guidance to the Milwaukee VA on principles of Recovery-focused care which is holistic, individualized, peer supported, hopeful, empowering, and community based.
