Mark is a senior expert in management and leadership development with over 25 years in practice across industries including financial services, engineering, manufacturing, telecommunications, and retail. He specializes in helping business leaders master talent development best practices to drive performance and engagement in their teams and in their organizations.
Mark has extensive experience designing performance management processes, creating and conducting leadership development programs, implementing talent management and succession planning systems, coaching executives, and facilitating management training for professionals around the world.
In addition to training and coaching managers and leaders, Mark has also led teams of management development professionals for over 20 years at organizations including Kohl’s, Arthur Andersen, and Motorola.
Mark has his Master’s Degree in Instructional Design and a Bachelor’s Degree in English from Florida State University.
