Marge Nixon

Ms. Nixon co-founded the first private, freestanding outpatient clinic to treat addictive diseases in Wisconsin in the late 70s. She trained and consulted in the field of addictive disorders with our military in Japan between 2003 and 2005 and provided direct clinical care in the field of domestic violence and addictions. Between 2005 and 2011, she worked for the Singapore government and local agencies designing programs to treat addictions, training local staff, mentoring local leaders, and supervising many local addiction workers. Since retiring in 2011 she has devoted much of her time to studying and presenting on aging issues particularly focusing on conscious aging.
