Kristin Derwinski

Kristin is a talent and culture leader with a passion to drive change and business transformation. She leads the talent supply chain at Briggs and Stratton. In her role, Kristin is responsible for talent acquisition, diversity and inclusion, talent management, change management and helping the organization continue to evolve a performance and development culture.

Previously, Kristin served in various talent and development leadership positions at Kohl’s Department Stores. She started her career at Brady Corporation where she began to develop her strengths in transforming cultures and change management.

Kristin enjoys outdoor adventures with her husband and children – they love to hike, bike, swim, paddle board or ski down a mountain.

Kristin holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse where she earned a double major in business and Spanish and earned her MBA from Marquette University.
