Kenneth Ginlack, LCSW, APSW, CSAC, ICS

Kenneth Ginlack is a mental health and substance abuse therapist. He earned his undergraduate degree from Upper Iowa University in human services with emphasis on social work in 2014. He completed his graduate degree from Loyola University in social work specializing in mental health in 2017. Kenneth has been in the AODA field for nearly 10 years. He has worked with various populations within the city of Milwaukee, including the correctional population, medically monitored programs and adolescents.

Kenneth is certified as a Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC), Intermediate Clinical Supervisor (ICS) and Advance Practicing Social Worker (APSW). He’s employed at Columbia St. Mary’s Hospital. He is also an ad-hoc instructor at UW-Milwaukee School of Continuing Education where he instructs other professionals on clinical supervision skills required by the state. Kenneth sits on the board of directors for SALS Recovery Houses & Coaching and previously served as the vice president on the board of directors for Daystar, Inc. In 2012, he was the recipient of the President’s Award at Milwaukee Area Technical College (MATC) for his academic achievements and outstanding work in the community.

Kenneth has an extensive background in working with youth in the community with their living arrangements. His affiliations in the community include working with at-risk youths at Revive Youth and Family Services where he oversees the substance abuse program and the Juvenile Cognitive Intervention Program (JCIP). Along with his work with adolescents, Kenneth is known for his contributions of volunteerism to various nonprofit agencies throughout Milwaukee.
