Joshua Driscoll

Joshua Driscoll is a doctoral student in the Department of Anthropology at UWM and adjunct instructor at UWM and Marquette University. His thesis explores the strategic use of alcohol as a feasting resource in early Iron Age Europe. His research interests also include the sociological and historical study of beer more broadly. He designed and taught a course The History of Brew and Brewing in America, which was offered at UWM in fall 2019.
