Jennifer Buchholz, MA

Jennifer Buchholz is the founder of Excel & Flourish, a Microsoft Partner and Microsoft Certified Trainer who specializes in M365 adoption and training. She’s based in Milwaukee and has served companies in a variety of industries across the U.S. She leads a customer immersion program to help organizations experience all that is possible with M365.

Jennifer is considered an engaging geek – she makes learning the applications relevant and fun. Her focus is on productivity and collaboration that yields a return on investment in terms of time and money saved. As an educator for over 20 years, an instructor with Moraine Park Technical College and a partner with other learning organizations, Jennifer understands how to break complex concepts down to the smallest manageable components. Her passion is problem-solving and process improvement using the tools in the M365 platform in a seamless manner.

Credentials and certifications include: MA in human resource development from Northeastern IL University; Microsoft Office Specialist – Expert; Microsoft Certified Trainer; Certified Virtual Trainer; and Microsoft Adoption Specialist.
