Kyle Henderson brings a uniquely audience-focused experience and perspective to digital communications. He began his career making music and touring the world with major-label recording artists and early-MTV faves The Producers, as well as playing and singing on albums by such artists as Kansas and Billy Idol.
After leaving the music business, he studied journalism and became a copywriter. In 1996, he made his first corporate website with a text editor and Photoshop. He has been creating audience-focused digital content ever since for organizations in private, nonprofit and public sectors.
He currently serves as Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist at UW-Madison’s Division of Continuing Studies and teaches digital-communications topics at Madison College and the Wisconsin School of Business Small Business Development Center. His web design and email-marketing campaign strategy for Writer’s Institute, an annual writer’s conference, recently won a Gold Addy from the Madison chapter of the American Advertising Federation. He has a master’s degree in communication from UW-Whitewater.
