In Jay’s current role as director of development, he is responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive fund development plan to support the programs and services of the Cancer and Blood Disorder Center at Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin.  Jay has served as an executive director and fundraising professional for multiple agencies throughout the nonprofit sector for over 30 years with significant and progressive leadership experience in complex, private and nonprofit organizations leading staff ranging from 40 to 100 employees. As an instructor Jay has lead sessions the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee School of Continuing Education and Springfield College on financial management, strategic planning, fundraising, leadership and supervision.
