Bonnie Andrews

For the last two decades, Bonnie Andrews has worked in the Milwaukee nonprofit sector with a focus on increasing effective volunteer engagement. Currently as the manager of Volunteer Milwaukee, a service of the Nonprofit Center, she has specialized in training nonprofits. This includes trainings at the Nonprofit Center and state-wide training for Serve Wisconsin and Volunteer Wisconsin AmeriCorps. Prior to working in nonprofits she held management positions in banking and manufacturing.

In 2014 Bonnie led the local pilot of the Service Enterprise Initiative, bringing this research-based strategic training to Milwaukee. As a community volunteer, Bonnie serves on several nonprofit committees and is an active volunteer in her congregation.
