Gwen Bechtel

Ms. Bechtel is a Registered Environmental Manager (REM) and senior environmental manager with AECOM. She is a experienced professional with 21 years of experience and a range of skills relating to the appraisal of environmental, construction, and sustainability aspects of projects and the performance of due diligence of industrial facilities.

She has experience in the preparation and site implementation of environmental plans for; Storm water, SPCC, RCRA and NPDES permitting and managed the installation of over 250 acres of wetland mitigation activities, prepared annual reporting to state Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources and US Army Corps of Engineers permit compliance.

Ms. Bechtel has certification in: Certified Erosion, Sediment & Storm Water Inspector (CESSWI), and State of California -Qualified SWPPP Practitioner (CA-QSP) and has participated extensively with planning and permitting management for large and complex construction projects in United States, Gabon and Canada. She is a certified safety and emergency manager, and a certified erosion, sediment and storm water inspector. She is a registered environmental manager in the state of Wisconsin.
