Erika White

Ericka White teaches a number of different fitness formats. Fitness is her full-time occupation along with being a mom. She teaches yoga, Pilates, cardio kickboxing, R.I.P.P.E.D, PiYo, Cize, and a number of inter-disciplinary formats. Fitness is her passion, and she has tons of fun doing it.
