Deborah Pearce, MA
Deborah Pearce, Pearce Communications Group, LLC. Deborah Pearce received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Speech Education from DePauw University and earned a Master of Arts Degree in Teaching from Northwestern University. Her teaching spans over thirty years, including twenty-three years as a faculty member in the Communication Arts Department at Xavier University, Cincinnati, where her classes included Interpersonal Communication, Interpersonal Conflict Management and Presentational Speaking.
Today Deborah serves as a communications consultant to businesses, schools, law firms and healthcare organizations. Her consultative services include training in effective communication practices, leadership development, executive coaching, group facilitation and conflict management. She frequently is heard as a keynote speaker at professional conferences.
Her clients have included such groups as The Christ Hospital, Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center, Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin, Keating, Muething & Klekamp law firm, Standard Textile, Definity Partners, Frisch’s, Saint Camillus and the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center.
In her service hours, Deborah serves on area Boards and has worked as a communications coach for parents. She lives with her husband, John, in Bayside, Wisconsin.
