Christopher Cantwell
Christopher D. Cantwell, Ph.D. is an assistant professor of public history and an affiliate of the religious studies program at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. A former museum professional, his work explores how American religious history is remembered in public settings like museums, monuments, and historic sites. His work has appeared in Religion, Fides et Historia, International Labor and Working-Class History, The Public Historian and the Atlantic. He received his Ph.D. from Cornell University and his BA degree from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
